Web Alert: Hong Kong Marine Department launches mobile application, "eSEAGo", displaying Raster Chart information of Hong Kong waters

The hydrographic office of the Hong Kong Marine Department recently launched a new, free, easy to use mobile application, 'eSEAGo', displaying Raster Chart information of Hong Kong waters. 

While this is a very useful app for pleasure boating and can display location, the Raster Chart is not a substitute for paper or electronic charts or for navigational equipment required by any SOLAS regulations.
