News: The Judicial System in Spain and COVID-19 - an update

Lawyers Aiyon Abogados have now published a very comprehensive circular where they cover several points related to the pandemic.

The club has previously produced a news item on how the actions of the Spanish government to protect public health from the COVID-19 pandemic have affected the local judicial system which is available here.

On 22 April 2020 the Spanish parliament voted to extend the 'State of Alarm' until 11 May 2020. Until then, the legal and judicial position remains as we previously set out unless the government decides to amend the current state earlier.
