Article: Using reports on My Standard Club

My Standard Club is our online members and brokers portal providing convenient, secure, 24/7 access to documentation and reports relevant to members’ and brokers’ relationships with the club.
The reports functionality allows users to run key reports using live data and view visual summaries of their claims history. Reports available for members include listings of their ships which are or have been on risk with the club, claims listings showing all their open and closed claims, plus a brief summary of claims details and the paid and estimated amounts, and experience records showing a snapshot of members' premium, claims and loss ratios relevant to their covers with the club. Members can also run charts visualising their claims by total value and number of claims by policy year and by claims category, providing a better understanding of the types of claims impacting their account.
All reports are run with live data and are configurable according to the user’s requirements. A personalised report history allows users to revisit previous reports or to rerun them with up to date data. Reports can be downloaded as excel spreadsheets or pdfs.
The portal also houses all cover documentation uploaded within an hour of being created to ensure the information is always up to date and accurate. Users can then view, download, save and print the documents at any time.
