The club must now advise its members who are considering trading to Iran that they will need to exercise due diligence to ensure that the trade or operation is not subject to sanctions, that they do not trade with individuals or entities that are named on the US or EU sanctions lists and that the provision of insurance does not either expose the club to the risk of being or becoming subject to any sanction, or otherwise relate to a carriage, trade, voyage or operation which is or becomes unlawful, prohibited or sanctionable.
