Standard Bulletin, Post-board Special Edition, May 2015
The club board, and the boards of its principal subsidiaries, met in Copenhagen on 12 May 2015. The club’s class General Meetings were held on the same day. On the previous day, meetings of the board’s three committees – Nomination and Governance, Strategy, and Audit and Risk – took place. We report on these in this special edition of the Standard Bulletin.

Web alert: new requirements for club LoUs in Mexico
A new requirement under the Mexican Navigation Law establishes that club letters of undertaking (LoUs) will only be accepted in Mexico when that club has been officially recognised by the Maritime Authority.
