Standard Bulletin, Post-board Special Edition, May 2015

The club board, and the boards of its principal subsidiaries, met in Copenhagen on 12 May 2015. The club’s class General Meetings were held on the same day. On the previous day, meetings of the board’s three committees – Nomination and Governance, Strategy, and Audit and Risk – took place.
