How to register
If your company is registered for My Standard Club and you are a new user, or if your company is not yet registered for this area, visit https://my.standard-club.com/ and follow the instructions to register.
On the right you will find further instructions on how to set up your account, as well as a description of the Key Contact role.
The portal houses all your documentation, including Certificates of Entry, endorsements, Blue Cards/MLC Certificates, COFR documents, debit and credit notes if you place business directly with the club, and claims invoices. All documents are uploaded to your account within an hour of being created to ensure your information is always up to date and accurate. You can then view, download, save and/or print your documents at any time.
The reports functionality allows you to run key reports relating to your membership and view visual summaries of your claims history. You can use your reports history to rerun reports with up-to-date data or to refer back to old reports.
Filter controls allow you to configure search results and quickly find the documents you are looking for. Reports are also fully configurable and can be downloaded as Excel spreadsheets or pdfs.
Once you have set up your account, you can invite multiple individuals within your organisation to register for access. To ensure that only authorised individuals can access your information, we ask that you nominate a Key Contact, who will act as the main contact for your organisation and be responsible for monitoring your registered users.
