Vessels are being inspected at Shuaiba and Shuwaikh

Our Correspondent in Kuwait has reported that the Kuwait Port State Control Inspectors are regularly attending vessels at Shuaiba and Shuwaikh to investigate whether vessels comply with Kuwait standards and regulations. This procedure can cause delays for the vessels concerned.
