Local reports from Southern Africa note that there increasing political tensions in Mozambique. There have been several instances of clashes between former civil war political foes, Renamo, the country’s main opposition party, and Frelimo, the ruling party.
The country’s main ports of Maputo, Beira, Quelimane and Nacala are said to be safe however members are advised to monitor developments and liaise closely with their local agents.
