News: Offing Echoes magazine - Standard Club's maritime professionals share 'Sea Tales' from their time at sea

We are pleased to provide an ongoing contribution to the Health and Wellbeing section of Offing Echoes, an India-based magazine aimed at marine cadets.

The latest edition of the magazine, June 2021, features 'Sea Tales' an inspiring collection of memoirs and experiences of maritime professionals of different roles and backgrounds throughout the globe. The intention for this issue is to introduce budding seafarers to the evolution of training as well as seagoing experiences of various kinds, and give an insight into the emotions involved, to inspire and excite the new generation looking toward life at sea.

Standard Club's Capt. Akshat Arora, Senior Surveyor, and Capt. Yves Vandenborn, Director of Los Prevention, share their individual articles within the edition on pages 08 and 20 respectively, which we invite you to read here.
