Following the announcement from the Singapore government on relaxation of Covid-19 precautionary restrictions, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has made changes to its shore leave requirements for crew working onboard vessels visiting Singapore.

The MPA has issued Port Marine Circular PMC 08-2022 which requires crew to present the following documents when going ashore for shore leave:

  1. Valid overseas/Singapore vaccination certificate
  2. Valid passport
  3. SGAC/e-HDC3
  4. Valid visa (if applicable)
