Following the announcement from the Singapore government on relaxation of Covid-19 precautionary restrictions, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has made changes to its requirements for vessels arriving in Singapore during the Covid-19 pandemic. The new Port Marine Circular PMC 05 of 2022 supersedes its old circular PMC 04 of 2022 with effect from 28 March 2022.
The new circular gives guidance on:
- Contactless operations in port
- Procedures and controls for safe ship-shore interaction
- Mask guidance for the crew
