Coup d'Etat Guinea

We are informed by our correspondent Budd Conakry that the situation remains very unclear.  Persons are to avoid the the areas around the Presidential Palace and Conakry Port. Vessels at Conakry are not thought to be in any danger.  Cargo operations at the Port are likely to be delayed.  There are no reported disruptions at Kamsar Port.  Crew changes have been suspended.

Members are recommended to contact their Agent prior to calling at Ports in Guinea.
