By way of reassurance to our members, the club's correspondents continue to operate and provide a full support service during the COVID-19 outbreak. This includes providing useful coronavirus updates affecting their respective region and ports.

By way of reassurance to our members, the club's correspondents continue to operate and provide a full support service during the COVID-19 outbreak.  This includes providing useful COVID-19 updates affecting their respective region and ports. 
 
Some correspondents, in particular those in Europe and the Far East, have closed their main offices due to their respective government policies and are working remotely. However, all are contactable via their usual mobile telephone and email contacts details and, where relevant, are available via their 24/7 emergency contact details.
 
Our advice therefore remains that if you cannot reach a correspondent at their main office, please contact them via their mobile and/or emergency phone contact details. 
 
Further, please continue to use the club website for the up to date contact details for our listed correspondents.
 
As usual, club claims handlers remain available to assist in appointing and contacting correspondents where their assistance is required.
